Small and Medium Business Accelerator Program

Designed for business owners, entrepreneurs and managers, this practical two-day program strengthens the core areas that drive sustainable business performance. Participants build useful skills across planning, operations, finance, marketing and customer engagement, with a bonus AI module introducing accessible tools to improve efficiency, decision-making and productivity.

Program objectives

  • Read and interpret their own basic financial statements to identify margin and pricing opportunities.
  • Apply at least two practical tools to reduce operating costs or remove workflow bottlenecks.
  • Design a simple, measurable customer service standard appropriate to their business size.
  • Set up at least one AI-assisted workflow (customer response, content, bookkeeping, or forecasting) using free or low-cost tools.
  • Leave with a completed 90-day business improvement plan combining all four focus areas.

CHCCCS041 Healthy Body Systems for Community and Care Workers

Infection prevention and control is fundamental to safe, high-quality healthcare and community services. Designed with a strong Fiji focus, this practical program builds the knowledge and skills needed to minimise infection risks, maintain safe work practices and protect clients, patients, colleagues and communities across health, aged care and community settings.

This program gives learners a practical foundation in substance use, its effects and evidence-based approaches to support, prevention and recovery, with particular relevance to Fiji and the Pacific, including alcohol and methamphetamine-related challenges.
