Enrolment Terms & Refund Policy

Australian Pacific Management & Training (APMT)

Australian Pacific Management & Training provides vocational education and professional development programs designed to support skills development and employment opportunities across Fiji and the Pacific region.

The following terms apply to students applying for or enrolling in courses offered by APMT.

Enrolment

Students wishing to enrol in an APMT program must complete the required application or enrolment process and provide any supporting documentation requested by the institution.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee enrolment. Admission may depend on:

  • Meeting course entry requirements

  • Availability of places

  • Completion of documentation

  • Payment of applicable fees

APMT reserves the right to accept or decline applications.

Course Fees

Students are required to pay course fees according to the payment schedule provided during enrolment.

Course fees may include:

  • Tuition fees

  • Training materials

  • Administrative charges

  • Certification or assessment fees

Failure to make payments within the required timeframe may result in suspension of training access or cancellation of enrolment.

Course Changes

APMT reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course delivery, schedules, trainers, or training locations when necessary.

Students will be notified of significant changes as early as possible.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the timing of withdrawal and the circumstances involved.

Full Refund

A full refund may be granted if:

  • APMT cancels the course

  • The student withdraws before the course commencement date

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • A student withdraws shortly after course commencement

  • Only a small portion of the course has been delivered

No Refund

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • A significant portion of the course has already been delivered

  • A student withdraws voluntarily after participation

  • A student is removed due to misconduct or breach of institutional policies

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled classes or training sessions

  • Participate actively in learning activities

  • Complete assessments and assignments

  • Maintain respectful behaviour towards staff and other students

  • Comply with APMT policies and procedures

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect course participation.
