1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information.
  • The minimum age requirement is 18 years, unless otherwise approved by APMT in compliance with local regulations.
  • APMT reserves the right to verify documentation and refuse admission if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Admission & Selection

  • Admission is subject to:
  • Fulfilment of specific program entry requirements.
  • Availability of seats within the program.
  • Transparent and equitable selection processes ensuring fairness and equal
  • A non-refundable registration fee of $20

3. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students must maintain at least 80% attendance across all classes and scheduled learning activities.
  • All students are expected to demonstrate professional conduct, integrity, and respect at all times.
  • Misconduct, including academic dishonesty, harassment, bullying, or breach of policies may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

4. Assessment & Certification

  • Assessments will be competency-based and conducted in accordance with established academic standards.
  • Students must successfully meet all assessment requirements to be awarded certification of completion.
  • Students have the right to request feedback and clarification on their assessment outcomes.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Student data will only be used for training, academic administration, compliance with Fiji’s Ministry of Education, and regulatory reporting.
  • Data is handled in line with Fiji’s Privacy Guidelines, ISO 21001/9001 information security requirements, and DT Global safeguarding standards.
  • Students may request access to, or correction of, their personal information.

6. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Students must comply with all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • APMT will provide a safe learning environment and take all reasonable precautions.
  • APMT is not liable for personal injury unless such injury results from negligence by APMT or its staff.
  • Students are encouraged to report safety concerns without fear of retaliation.

8. Complaints & Appeals

  • Students may submit formal complaints regarding academic or non-academic matters in writing.
  • All complaints will be managed through a fair, transparent, and timely resolution process.
  • Appeals against assessment outcomes must be lodged within 14 days of receiving results.
  • Independent mediation may be used where necessary to ensure fairness.

9. Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.
  • Any disputes will be subject to resolution under the jurisdiction of Fiji courts, unless otherwise required by applicable international agreements.
